All new LV distribution catalogue includes the comprehensive range of power products to cater the needs of Low voltage upstream and down stream network. The catalogue covers all the necessary technical information required by the designers.
We also take the opportunity to launch the new edition of Electrical Installation Guide. It is a single document covering the techniques, regulations and standards related to the electrical installations. Elaborated by international expert team, this guide is an indispensable tool for designing electrical installations with respect to IEC364, which mainly defines - Electrical installations of buildings. EIG is also endorsed by local Saudi Arabia Standards Organization (SASO).
During the seminar, we also launched innovative tools such as Electronic catalog of LV & MV products, Ecodial 3.37 and Sispro 2.1 CDs.These tools will certainly enhance the accuracy and quality of the design and are user friendly.
The LV seminar was held at Hilton Hotel Jeddah on 3rd June 07 where more than 400 people have attended it.The unveiling ceremony of the catalogue was made by Mr. Georges Barbarin – Vice President, Business Development and Marketing and was officially released to all customers. he product presentation was made by Mr.K.I.Shankarshetty – Communication Manager.
After the successful seminar at Jeddah, Schneider Electric had similar events at Al Khobar and Riyadh on June 6th and 9th respectively.

A brand new web site for Schneider Electric Saudi Arabia customers
Schneider Electric Saudi Arabia launched on July 2007 the new version of its new web site.
Entirely redesigned to facilitate navigation and ease access to products data, technical and general information for customer, the new web site wants the customer to experience the proximity and expertise of Schneider Electric teams.
The web site development will follow to major steps.
End of July, by putting on line its new web site, Schneider Electric KSA wants to improve its visibility and access on the net. Basic information will be displayed on line, such as company information, contact data, global and local business news or product information. It will make easier the access to Schneider Electric support with a direct access to the Customer Support Center team.
From its launching, and by the end of the year, the web site will take another dimension, improving its content with a full version of the low voltage catalogue (e-catalogue) and a library of technical documents. The web site aim is to become a tool for customers, where they will be able to find information about products and technical information for their installation design and quote. It should become a reference library for them. For the new comers to Schneider Electric world, it wishes to offer an overview of what is Schneider Electric and a contact point for further exchanges.
This new web site is part of Schneider Electric will to provide customers with a different experience when it comes to service and support, and this is why your feed back is important to us: we care!
