Riyadh-Saudi Arabia: 20 April, 2015 - Schneider Electric, a global leader in energy management, today announced the completion of its third Annual Apprentice Programme for fresh graduates from Local and Abroad Universities in KSA, Saudi Arabia.
Introduced by Schneider Electric in 2011, the Apprentice Programme is a six-month course offering insights into Schneider Electric’s global business solutions and active regional segments. The participating graduates work across departments including design, methods, contracts, technical antenna, eco building and project design management, and are assigned to various projects within the organisation based on their interests, skills and field of study. At the end of the apprenticeship, participants offer an in-depth presentation of their learning and experiences based on the assignment and team interaction.
As part of the initiative, Schneider Electric hosts training programmes to enhance the interpersonal and presentation skills of the graduates, as well as their team communication, project management and budgeting abilities. Participants are also offered specific sessions on managing deadlines and stress, performance and business fundamentals, technical report writing, and quality assurance.

The recruited graduates will receive the opportunity to work at Schneider Electric’s global offices as part of the Marco Polo Program. The Marco Polo Program enables them to understand dynamic market landscapes across geographies, and develop professional and leadership skills along the way. The program welcomes candidates who have been working at Schneider Electric for a minimum of one year and have a maximum of five years of professional experience.
